  • That is so totally gorgeous!!! Are you putting that print on anything?
  • Lovely!
  • Gorgeous!
Although I'm having a hard time looking at the green, I was out weed eating weeds most of the day...ugh!
    I LOVE the butterflies!
  • Stunning. This would make an awesome card!
I love it. I love gardens!!!!
    • Glad you like! I stuck it on cafepress as a card. I'm not so sure it would be a good t-shirt, though I added a couple...
  • I *love* this picture! I'm burning it into my retinas so I won't see the ten tons of snow outside.
    • Glad you like!! And I'm right there with you on the snow. *sigh*
On the other hand, better a nice cover of snow than raw and rain and 20 degrees.
And at least it's not fooling the fruit trees into jumping the gun, for a change...
  • This is if not my favorite, definately one of my favorites!! Beautiful.
  • That's BEAUTIFUL!!!
  • Beautiful! The robins in my neighborhood were wearing their parkas and little boots this weekend (we got the midwest snow - altho' not as bad as some places.) I am so ready for Spring!
    • I so hear ya. We've had everything from 60 degrees and sun to 20 and snow in the last three days... must be March! The poor birds!
  • This is absolutely breathtaking. I love it!
  • I love it! Especially love the tangle of color...exactly what I think of when I think of spring :)
  • Oh, I really love this one! It's so beautiful. I love the way the colors blend. There's so much in the picture that I feel like I can't see it all but I sense it right there beneath the surface. Thanks for sharing. You're so talented.
    • Thanks-- there actually is a lot in there, and you're right-- it's all layered with some peeking through and some not. I used a bunch of photos Dan and I took last summer... I am so ready for that weather to return!
  • very beautiful!
  • Great work!

    Very colorful and fun! Nice!
  • That. Is. Amazing!
    • Thanks! I'm always in awe when the summer green really kicks in-- seems like someone set the saturation to high! I'm ready for some of that...
  • Beautiful! It has a sunny warmth and a watercolour look. Thanks!
  • Oh, the epitome of spring! Very beautiful, Liz!
  • Absolutely gorgeous!!

I may have to have a print of this.

Wow. WHERE DID YOU GET THIS TALENT?!?!?!?!
    • Thanks, Mary Beth! Glad you enjoy it!I had fun with this one. I really needed some color in my life this week-- it was a good topic! And I'm having fun collaging photos-- that's something I just started doing this winter, for some reason.
Cafepress has this on mugs and tshirts and whatnot-- if you want it on an actual print to hang on your wall, let me know!
  • Whoa!

Those butterflies look so real! Especially that giant monarch on the left.

    This is my new favorite!
    • Thanks! They're from photos we took this summer-- they better look real!:D
I am so ready for good weather...
      *sigh*
  • Beautiful

This is really pretty. Did you do this in Photoshop? And what else?

    • Glad you liked it! I actually started this one in artrage using the paintbrush tool, then moved it over to photoshop and started layering. I collaged in a bunch of photos of our woods and gardens, and various creatures... then painted and shaded and merged and added layers, and painted, and rearranged....
      I love photoshop!
      :D
  • Stunning Liz, the mushroom funghi in the corner is perfect!
    • Thanks, Val! We did a mushroom walk one week, and found so many amazing varieties. This was from a log all covered in vivid shelves, and it's one of my favorites!
